Why you should exercise daily
#1
It's not just for fitness models, exercise is crucial part of health.

We don't get introduced to fitness correctly. You may hear people got to the gym and getting their body in shape. It often gives an impression of hardcore pushing yourself to the limit and going through paint to gain figure or lose weight.

When visiting a gym, you may come across young newcomers that go full out, pushing themselves to "100%". I guess it wasn't just me who thought gaining strength and exercise comes through effort beyond your nomal abilities. Few of those gym visits that leave you cramping and sore for a week, you leaarn the first lesson of gymming, you don't need to break your thresholds to make progress.

Whatever max you can lift, reduce it by 30-40% and do 3 sets of 8-10 reps is a solid rule.

If you're unfamiliar to gym equipment, many gyms offer trainers who can introduce you to most of the machines in 30 mins. How to get into position, how to get going, and posture (often must be stable - wobbling "cheats" by offloading effort into other body parts that you might not be wanting to exercise).

Spend an hour at the gym using this rule, and you will see how other people are actually enjoying coming out for exercise. Nothing is sore, you get great sleep, good appetite, the mind clears up, and you feel lighter.

Gym is not a punishment of yourself, but letting yourself use your physical strength at 70% to put your biological cogs in place.
