Talking about Bryan Johnson, he's 48 years old, that at the first signt might look in his 30s.
He's been maticulously looking after every signal his body gives him of any deficiencies or harm caused. Physically he's probably in better condition than any other 48 year old. Unfortunately he has developed autoimmune disease that causes his stomach to pretty much eat itself. For some reason this puts a thought in my mind that it's caused by the daily handful of vitamins that he maticulously planned to assist with his neverending aim to be younger.
Our bodies still learn and try to adapt for the future. That information is even passed on if you have kids. Our DNA is created from somatic cells, which are pretty much the answer to longevity, because they're like a candle that can only burn shorter, but provide the fuel to keep the fire going.
It's best to avoid damaging your organs, and to avoid stress, but we're built to manage some of the deficiencies, it even helps to clear your mind when you stop consumption e.g. sugars.
Nevertheless it's not an experiment of longevity, but I think he is a walking science lab that has many new answers and contributions to undestanding human abilities to recover, and various long term rituals to keep or avoid. He didn't seem to publish his results as public experiment, has following of 3m, but some may find interesting what actually goes on around our health.
